Fresh Movie Review:

The Shepherd Movie (2008, Usa)The incredible thing about Jean-Claude Van Damme - and the "incredible" I really mean is "badly irony" - is that in spite of his career has spanned more than twenty years, with more than thirty films, he really Has not improved as an actor. Of course, it could be worse, because it can be like Steven Segal, who is also a terrible actor, but has been kept on a bunch of weight, which makes them grow with the size of a star out of action Not to speak of talent. At least Van Damme is still good. And films, despite his tendency to suck, but the very least a continuation of such films within the suckitude of the muscles of the latest offering from Brussels, Shepherd: Border patrol.

Van Damme stars as Jack Robideaux, a former police homicide from New Orleans to move to New Mexico to work as a Border Patrol agent. We know that the moment Robideaux we see it is different, because he has a pet rabbit in a cage that he carries with him everywhere. And we also know that there's trouble when forced to start messing with the local rednecks rabbit Robideaux. And we know there is going to be some asskicking, because you just do not mess with a man's pet rabbit, especially when that man Van Damme. So, after establishing himself as a Saturday alone with a pet rabbit, which would bring the wrath of your hand to comment, disparaging, Robideaux are people going to work for the poor. These people are poor and especially heinous. It seems destined against evil doers to stop our class hero, are a team of former special forces unit that heroin trafficking has turned to the work of mercenaries across the border from Mexico. These are the kind of sinister, traitorous Americans are crazy that the killing of the killers of good, patriotic American killers in the murder of an infamous crazy. These people are so bad they tried to smuggle three tons of heroin in the United States of America on a bus full of nuns and priests that they then use them as shields when law enforcement with the shit hits the fan. This, of course, that only makes us want to see Max Van Damme getting some Robideaux at the age of these dastardly bastards. But we want to see Jean Claude lay waste to these pricks of a hackneyed story time and also shows that a major plot turn up the stakes. Well, the plot may not turn up much that the stake, because if we are going to be really honest, there are very few reasons to see this film needs to not want to see a bit of wham -- bam - Van - Damme asskicking.

Well, here's the deal, I've seen in films about half of the Van Damme starred in previous years - which is not bragging, but said only the facts - and the discovery of the films is that I generally On aren 't good, but he's a certain kind of fun. I mean, no one sees a Van Damme because they want the film to the cinema inspired by the intellectual right. If you want, you see the film chuck norris (only kidding !!!). No, because one of Van Damme film looks as they want to see a movie with a plot of land is easy to understand - a big long descriptive words or dialogue - with tons of action - preferably a lot of people He is getting crap beaten out of hell and tons of things is getting the air. And the Shepherd: Border patrol is that all of them - simple words are easy to understand, and a heavy body count (and even a few brief glimpses of the women topless).

The Shepherd: Border patrol beautiful deliver everything you could want or expect from a Jean Claude Van Damme film. The film is entertaining films in the same way chuck norris can be acted fun, who says his film to see people in their underwear while their balls scratching, drinking a beer, and occasionally yelling "fuck Yes ! "On the screen. Van Damme is a specific performance of Van Damme - This is neither good nor bad, just Van Damme. If ever an actor was born to play either a former New Orleans police, or a former police Cajun, one in France or the police, then it will have to be hot damn Mr. Van Damme. And it does not split while he (does he still do that?) It was a very beautiful shot everyone in his path. Fans of Scott Adkins (II undisputed fame), will be happy to see the slugfest between him and Van Damme (at least as long as he well knows that it is not edited or shot).

It is one complained about the film - and the idea of the possibility of acting and the script is terrible - a complaint on this bad boy is taking it easy. Robideaux sisters with the sadistic leader of the mercenaries think it was entirely filmed was not so anti-climatic climax that makes you ask, "What was it?" It almost seems like they ran out of the shoot Time or money is needed to make the necessary work visual angle, and the result is a little letdown. But talk about this because we are Shepherd: Border Patrol, starring Jean Claude Van Damme, the fact that the film can maintain itself for about 90 minutes before taking a dive, less than a miracle Is not.
